Meet Greg Wolley

Advisor. Educator. Connector.

Greg Wolley has spent over 30 years in government, conservation, and nonprofit leadership. His career has been defined by one purpose: building equitable systems that create opportunity for everyone.

Based in Portland, Oregon, Greg works with organizations across the Pacific Northwest and beyond. He helps them develop diverse workforces, coach leaders through change, conduct equity audits, connect young people to STEM careers, and support small business growth.

His approach is practical, direct, and rooted in decades of hands-on experience. He has managed teams, navigated complex government systems, built coalitions across sectors, and created programs that have changed the trajectory of careers and communities.

The Story Behind the Work

Greg's career has taken him from government agencies to conservation organizations to nonprofit boardrooms. At every stop, he has focused on the same question: how do we build systems that work for everyone, not just the people already at the table?

That question led him to workforce development, where he saw firsthand how the right strategies could transform organizations and open doors for people who had been locked out. It led him to executive coaching, where he learned that lasting change starts with the leaders who set the tone. And it led him to youth career education, where he discovered the power of connecting young people with role models who look like them.

Today, through Tomorrow's Workforce, Greg brings all of that experience together. He helps organizations see where they stand, build a plan to move forward, and create workforces and communities that are stronger because they are more equitable.
